Entremets encased in an ‘Opihi white chocolate shell. This dessert is a multi layered cake covered in an airy mousse, dipped in a thin white chocolate shell and covered with a thick chocolate impression of the iconic ‘Opihi shell. This dessert uniquely embodies both the visual and flavor aspects of Hawai’i culture.
