Cake Ordering Process Guide

1. Serving Sizes:

   4in. (3-4 people)

   6in. (6-10 people)

   8in. (10-15 people)

   10 in. (15-20 people)

2. Every cake is a custom cake and will not look exactly like any picture. This makes each experience unique and allows you to take a concept and customize the colors and wording for your special occasion.

3. Make sure your date for pick-up is 5 DAYS or more in advanced from your ordering date.

4. Pick-up location will be in WahiawĀ and provided with confirmation of order.

5. If you want a pre-set theme continue with the select menu, If you would like to design an entire cake please select the Event application option.

Ordering Policy:

All orders are to be made in more than a 5 DAYS in advanced. Any orders purchased in less than that time frame will be canceled and fully refunded. All orders are subject to change depending on availability, in which you will be notified via email. If any changes are needed to be made then you must notify via email within two days of ordering. Anything later than two days may be subject to a fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders placed in a week or more in advanced are able to be cancelled for full refund up to four days from pick-up. Orders cancelled three days in advanced will be subject to a 50% refund and orders cancelled within two days or less will NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
